Abuse Report

The .tui top-level domain is operated by TUI AG as a restricted Specification 13 (.brand) TLD.

All .tui domain names are registered and used exclusively by TUI AG and its authorised affiliates.

TUI AG is committed to maintaining the security, stability, and integrity of the Domain Name System (DNS) and to complying with its obligations under the ICANN Registry Agreement.

For the purposes of ICANN compliance, DNS Abuse includes activity that causes or materially facilitates harm at the DNS level, including:

• Malware distribution
• Phishing
• Botnet
• Pharming
• Spam, where it is used as a delivery mechanism for malware, phishing, or other DNS-level threats

The .tui registry takes appropriate action in relation to confirmed DNS Abuse incidents, which may include investigation, mitigation measures, and coordination with relevant technical service providers or registrars, as required.

Abuse handling within the .tui namespace is governed by the .TUI Anti-Abuse Policy, which sets out prohibited activities, investigation principles, and enforcement measures.
